General driving directions are as follows (mileage is approximate):

From Sea-Tac Airport, I-90 and SODO:
Take I-5 North to the E. Olive Way exit (No. 166).
Merge quickly to the left.
Go 0.2 mi and turn left onto Bellevue Avenue.
Go 0.1 mi and turn left again onto E. Denny Way.
Go 1.7 mi and bear right on Western Ave.
Go just 300 feet and turn right on 1st Ave West
Go just 300 feet again; the First West Building is on your right, on the corner just past John Street. There's short metered street parking and several multi-hour cash-only lots close by; the nearest is behind the building, reached by turning right on John for just 100 feet and then left up the alley.

From the Eastside via 520:
Go west on State Highway 520.
Take the I-5 South exit.
Merge to the right.
Go 1.2 mi and take the Stewart Street exit
Go 0.3 mi and turn right on Denny Way.
Go 1.2 mi and bear right on Western Ave.
Go just 300 feet and turn right on 1st Ave West
Go just 300 feet again; the First West Building is on your right, on the corner just past John Street. From North Seattle:
Take I-5 South to the Stewart Street exit and move to the right lane on the exit ramp.
Go 0.3 mi and turn right on Denny Way. This is second light past the exit.
Go just 300 feet and turn right on 1st Ave West

First West Building The 5-story, white concrete and glass First West Building is located on the East side of First Avenue, on the Northeast corner of John St. Take the elevators to the 3rd floor. The offices of VizX Labs are to the right at the end of the hall outside the elevators.
